Getting ready for Heritage is busy business. All week I have either been at the church or at home getting ready. From today on I will be at the church every day until a week from next tuesday. If you are wondering Heritage is a Youth conference our church puts on every year. The schedule will go something like this:
Tuesday - 4:30 Barbeque at church
7:00 Singing (any young person that is allowed by their pastor can sing or do a skit)
Wednesday -5:00 Choir practice (I think)
6:00 prayer
7:00 Church Service (Bro. Johnson preaching)
After service Texas Roadhouse
Thursday - 9:30 Prayer
10:00 Church Service (Bro. Pixler and Bro. Hyler)
5:00 Choir practice
6:00 Prayer
7:00 Church Service (Bro. Davis)
After Service to 3:00 lock in at YMCA downtown Colorado Springs(young people)
Minister's Dinner
Friday - 8:30 Bishop's Breakfast (Minister's and their families only)
10:30 Prayer
11:00 Church Service (Bro. May and TBA)
5:00 Choir Practice
6:00 Prayer
7:00 Church Service (Bro. Davis)
After Service Texas Roadhouse (Young People)

I am so excited about this Heritage I have so much to do and I know the awesome preaching we will hear. I hope to meet some new friends since none of my old close friends are coming this year. It will be strange as I am used to having a houseful of people during heritage. So this year I will keep myself busy by helping clean and serve.
